郭传璋(1912-1990)山东惠民人。1929年从师祁井西，李鹤筹学习山水，花鸟画，并临习宋，元，明清各代名作。生前为北京画院画家，中国美术家协会会员。 郭传璋先生是当代掌握"北宗"山水画传统技法功力最深厚的少数画家之一。他不仅继承了"北宗"的用笔肯定、点画严谨、结构明确、工整劲利、简约痛快、飘逸隽爽等优点，并能糅合"南宗"笔致含蓄凝重、墨色融合多变等长处。在长期的写生和创作实践中，逐步形成了自己的独特风格，在继承优良传统的基础上又有了新的发展。代表作品：《山水画册 》、《花鸟画谱》
