刘既明（1899-1980）重庆市梁平县人。字正安，晚号既翁，原名济民，号晴禅，晚号既翁，寄岷老人，得月停云之馆主人。现代花鸟画大师中，刘既明的名气非常大，他在蜀中地区的影响力很大，深受现代人的喜爱和尊重。刘既明先生不断研究花鸟画，因此在这方面的造诣非常深厚。早年在上海艺术专科学校毕业，后来受到西方思想的影响，又得到吴昌硕、潘天涛等大师的精心指导，因此在绘画方面打下了坚实的基础。1928年，返回四川之后，刘既明先生在四川省立艺术专科学校任教，到了40年代又称为四川南虹艺专教务长，1950年担任成都市第九中学、第十三中学的美术教师。
