Seated in lalitasana on a stepped base above a tapering square pedestal with four feet, backed by a flaming mandorla and flanked by small Buddha figures, the left hand bent upward holding a lotus flower, the right hand resting on his knee, the face with downcast eyes, surmounted by a tall tiara.Provenance: From a private estate in Massachusetts, USA. The base with an old collector’s number ‘BC-17’.Condition: Fair condition,mensurate with age. Extensive wear, naturally grown patina overall. Few small cracks, minor dents, some obvious losses.
