一休宗纯（1394-1481），法号一休，自号狂云子、梦闺、瞎驴等，讳宗纯，乳名千菊丸，后来又名周建，京都人，日本佛教史上最有名的三位和尚之一，也是日本佛教史上少见的疯癫的禅僧。与“恶僧”道镜、“弘法大师”空海并称日本三大奇僧。于佛学、诗文、和歌、书法等领域都有着非凡的历史成就，是“五山文化”的杰出代表。是日本室町时代禅宗临济宗的著名奇僧，也是著名的诗人和画家。
