|翎管是清王朝特有的产物，是随着冠制的改革而诞生的。按大清律例，文官至一品镇国公、辅国公得用翠玉翎管；武官至一品镇国将军、辅国将军得用白玉翎管。故在清代，佩带翡翠翎管和白玉翎管常为一品文武高官的象征。此白玉翎管，一面留有秋梨色皮，呈半圆柱体形状，柱中心钻有圆孔，上端琢出扁榫并置一系挂小圆穿孔，通体光素无纹，尽显其玉质温润尤佳。
