|护经板，也称夹经板、诵经板、封经板，用于保护佛经，是藏传佛教重要的艺术品种之一。木刻护经板，供函装重要经册，木胎材质，护经板外圈为放射状火焰纹；内圈为浮雕刻三尊主佛、背光、莲台及三尊主佛间的大量胁侍菩萨像，雕工极为细腻，人物形象栩栩如生。||西藏的经书多以长方形的藏纸书写，存放时需上下以木板固定保护，再束以皮绳，这木板即是护经板。为了装饰其上常常会有彩绘或雕刻，许多经板单独而言也是一件完美的艺术品，此器即是如此。
