此件圆雕瑞兽，玉质，局部有沁，作蹲卧状，头前伸，粗眉大眼，眼珠突出，如意形鼻，阔口露齿，神态威严，双耳贴于头部，旁以线纹饰鬃毛，刻画眼、鼻、口等刀法朴实，爽快有力。身躯粗壮，前肢直立，后肢收于身下，兽掌肥厚，短尾贴于腿侧，背部拱起，可见半连珠状的椎节和清晰可见的肋骨，构思精巧缜密，显出超凡的刻工。整件玉质莹润，小巧别致，形态极具动态美感，把手可玩，颇有意趣，不失为造型鲜活的玉雕作品。 来源：纽约佳士得，1990年3月20日，拍品编号 877 香港世德堂庄贵仑先生珍藏 香港世德堂庄贵仑藏玉 Lots 521-546
