剑璏为青白玉质，大部有白色及褐色沁。器面呈长条形，略呈弧度下曲。背部有长条方孔。剑璏正面以减地浮雕手法，雕刻螭龙纹，龙身尾修长呈S形，作行走状。此器为汉代玉剑饰中具有模式化的剑璏形制，反映了汉代玉剑饰的发展面貌。
