A Chinese famille rose enamelled yellow ground porcelain bowl and matched cover, mark of Guangxu and probably of the period, each piece decorated with Buddhistic emblems and vapours framing character medallions, iron red enamelled six-character mark to top of cover and underglaze blue six-character mark to base, height 11.2cm (restoration to cover), with carved hardwood stand.
