A Middle Eastern rectangular pewter cannister, 19th century, inscribed with panels of Iznik style decoration to the narrow sides featuring a ruler and attendant and various animals, with screw-on lid, inscribed with indistinct letters and date to the top and shoulder, 18.5cm high; together with a silvered copper dish with concentric circles to well, inscribed KA 1789 to exterior, 24cm diameter (2)Condition Report: Both items heavily worn with considerable dents and warping to the metal, the dish with noticeable verdigris to the well.
