There are cracks to the reverse of the base. The central mount to base is slightly loose. There is scratching and rubbing to porcelain mounts. No cover to reverse of case. Dial: There are surface scratches and rubbing to gilt and flowers. The hands with scratches. Movement: The backplate with tarnishing and wear. The bell with scratches and dents. The bell strikes with a dull ring. The pendulum with scratches, dents, and tarnishing. Dome: With large vertical crack approx. 34cm which is secured with tape. There is surface dirt and scratching throughout. Base: The giltwood base with knocks scratches and losses to gilt. The velvet lining with wear and staining and fraying to rope border. The ebonised base with knocks and scratches.
