這是徠卡72的內部測試機，機頂位置刻有「Betriebsk Nr.303」字樣。此機配有Summicron 2/5cm鏡頭（#995252）及前蓋。徠卡72是採用18x24mm格式的相機，於1954至1957年分別在加拿大及德國生產。此機菲林計算器讀數可至75，取景窗口為直檔，其生產年期短，產量不多。有關資料可參閱James Lager Vol.I p.78-81。
