A large Chinese green-glazed jar, huHan dynastyWith flat base raised on three rectangular tripod feet, the compressed globular body flanked by a pair of moulded handles each in form of mythical beast with bulging eyes and a loop ring issued from the bottom of the nose, the waisted neck surmounted with a dished-shaped mouth, carved with bands of triangular motif between ribbed design, covered overall in a streaky green glaze with fine crackles, the interior covered in a layer of light-brown coloured glaze, 46cm high.漢 綠釉絃紋雙耳壺Cf. for a similar example, please refer to Christie's New York sale, 20.Mar.2015, lot 788.
