A pair of Tibetan gilt copper ritual pegs associated with the practice of Hayagriva, Phurba/vajrakīla19th century The tripartite blade issuing from the mouth of a makara, atop the handle decorated with lotus petals terminating in a three-headed Hayagriva wearing large hoop earrings inset with turquoise, with a stylized horse-head finial, 24.5cm long. (2)西藏十九世紀 銅鎏金嵌綠松石普巴金剛杵一對Cf. This type of Vajra is thought closely related to the practice of Hayagriva, although it is not seen depicted in the related Thangka paintings.
