此品圓雕胡人坐騎駱駝，遠道而來。駱駝塑造生動，昂首引頸，四肢矯健，肌肉張馳，四足前後錯落，蓄勢待行。背上雙峰聳立，套搭一條長方形氈毯。一胡人騎坐於雙峰之間，胡人短髪，頭戴胡帽，神情肅穆，目光烔烔。身著胡衣，腳登長靴，雙手半握作牽引狀，左手低放，右手高抬，似握緊韁繩牽引駱駝。整件作品超強寫實，形制碩大，雕塑手法精湛，製作技藝高超，乃是一件罕見的唐代陶塑精品。
