题识：丙戍年春嘉平月又章，商衍鎏。|钤印：又章，商衍鎏印 |商衍鎏（1874-1963），商衍鎏在书法方面造诣甚深。楷书初学褚、颜，功力较深。中年以后转而致力草书，从章草下手，经过一个时期的临摹，勤习诸名家范本，使书体变化自如，飞逸多姿。
