The plate of shallow and wide form, with a stunning arabesque encircling the central roundel, features a seated figure. Fifteen egg-shaped recesses surround the central field, each adorned with gilded silver and gold figures performing various tasks. The plate rests on stunning support, which is formed of a broad tubular stem and a flared foot.
