华世奎（1863年—1942年），字启臣，号璧臣、思闇、北海逸民，祖籍江苏无锡，后迁避于天津，著名书法家，天津“八大家”之一。
其书法走笔取颜字之骨，气魄雄伟，骨力开张，功力甚厚。手书的“天津劝业场”五字巨匾，字大1米，苍劲雄伟，是其代表作。书法作品小至蝇头小楷，大至径尺以上榜书，结构都很凝重舒放，晚年更加苍劲挺拔。居近代天津四大书法家之首
