沈鹏，1931年7月1日出生于江苏省江阴市，书法家、美术评论家、诗人、中国文学艺术界联合会第十届荣誉委员、中国书法家协会名誉主席。1950年起在《人民画报》社工作，曾任人民美术出版社编辑室副主任、总编室主任、副总编辑并兼任编审委员会常务副主任，享受***批准的政府特殊津贴，1993年3月当选为第八届全国政协委员。历任中国书法家协会常务理事、副主席、代主席、主席、荣誉主席及艺术品中国荣誉艺术顾问，中国文联第六届副主席。
