淡黃綠色，器表留有土沁所形成的黃褐色斑，局部可為為透光。體作束腰狀圓環，兩端口徑因人為輾琢故大小不等，兩端口平齊，唯邊緣因數土壤浸蝕，而有崩落。全器雖樸拙無紋，但選料甚佳，拋光細緻，足見斯時對玉料品質篩選與工藝水平的嚴謹。 類此環形器亦稱「箍形器」為史前文化常見的器類，為當時部族社會統治階層佩帶之裝飾玉件。其確切功能說法不一，但從考古位置多見位於人體頭部，推測環形器可能是束髮的飾品，或者依大小區分為其他功能，如耳飾等物。
