A pair of Chinese famille rose yellow-ground 'Wan Shou Wu Jiang' bowls, covers and stands, and a pair of matching covers and stands, Republic period, Guangxu six-character marks, each enamelled on the bright yellow ground with pink and blue clouds and iron-red and gilt roundels enclosing the auspicious characters, wan, shou, wu, jiang, the bases of the bowls and lids with iron-red six-character marks in kaishu, the bowls 10.7cm diameter (4) 民國 萬壽無疆蓋盌一對,底托兩對及盃蓋兩對,礬紅六字 「大清光緒年製 」寄託款 Condition Report: 品相報告:Both bowls with rim hairlines, approx. 35 and 45mm. One stand with U-shaped rim section broken off but extant (approx. 40mm wide). One lid with U-shaped section broken off in three pieces and re-stuck (approx. 42x15mm), other two lids with short rim hairlines (approx.25-35mm each). Otherwise general minor surface wear and firing imperfections consistent with type. One bowl slightly warped.
