陈维信，字金岭，号诚斋，笔名陈实。 1914年生于山东阳信县。少年时即喜爱诗文书画。1939年考入北平故宫国画研究所，从事临摹古代名画工作，同年进入北平国立艺专学习，于1942年毕业，后专事国画创作。1990年12月22日，陈维信因心脏病突发逝世于济南。生前曾任北京画院一级美术师，中国美术家协会济南分会副主席，中国美术家协会会员，北京市中国画研究会顾问。
