卓启俊（1917年—1970年）江苏睢宁人，擅长中国画。1938年入重庆中央大学美术系学习，师从徐悲鸿、李可染诸先生。毕业创作《峨嵋云烟》曾得到徐悲鸿称赞，并用自己的两幅作品《马》与其交换，1945年在重庆举办个人画展，1946年任桂林艺专教授，1955年《峨嵋云烟》参加第二届全国美展，1956年调入山东省文联为专业画家。生前为中国美术家协会会员、山东省美术家协会会员。
