溥佐（1918-2001），满族，北京人，号庸斋、松堪。自幼在父爱新觉罗·载瀛，及兄溥雪斋、溥敦斋、溥松窗熏陶下，酷爱书画。1937年加入溥雪斋创办的松风画会。多次在国内外举办个展、联展，出版有《溥佐画集》，与孙其峰、张其翼合作出版《花鸟画范》，与孙其峰等人编绘出版《翎毛参考资料》等。
