The jade carved buckle is of round form, pierce carved to depict birds flying amidst vines, the jade is of celadon-white color tone with slight russet and mottled interior.|Liao Dynasty period.||Length: 3 in (7.6 cm)|遼 玉帶扣|和田白玉籽料，緻密瑩澤，材質一流。一面自然成形，琢一葉舒放的殘荷。正面鏤空圓雕，琢兩枚飽滿的蓮蓬，旁棲一隻鷺鳥。蓮寓廉，鷺諧路，所謂“一路清廉”，寓意雅好。
