A French brass repeating carriage clock, late 19th / early 20th century, the corniche case with bevelled glass panels and swing handle, on plinth base, the white enamel dial with Roman numerals, the twin train movement striking a gong, the backplate numbered 1103, 15cm high (handle not extended), 9.5cm wide, 8.3cm deep Please note that Roseberys do not guarantee the working order or time keeping of any timepiece. Condition Report: The case with some wear, scratches and tarnishing. Scratches and tarnishing to underside. The reverse door is slightly stiff. Some scratches to glass panel. The backplate with some tarnishing and scratches. The beater is in overall good condition, working as intended and striking the gong brightly. Currently ticking when wound. No key.
