何海霞（1908-1998），名瀛，字海霞，以字行，北京市人，中国画家、书法家。1956年调入陕西美协从事专业创作，为“长安画派”代表画家之一。1983年任陕西省国画院副院长，不久调北京中国画研究院工作。擅长山水，亦能花卉。其创作往往将青绿工笔与水墨笔意融为一体，立意新奇，笔力雄健，风格浑厚而不失秀丽。雨后太行铁铸成。辛酉六月上浣似云起同志法正。何海霞。何瀛
