拍品敞口，弧腹，矮圈足，盘形规整，胎质细白致密。内外饰霁蓝釉，色如蓝宝石，明艳照人。此种霁蓝釉品种应为清宫设置在天坛祈年殿中祭器，与霁蓝釉烛台、香炉等搭配使用。霁蓝作为瓷质五供的基本色釉，沿袭广泛，顺治朝天下初定，随即烧造祭器，可见祭器对国家礼制的重要性。本品亦然，代表乾隆时期清宫祭器的顶端规格，级别非比寻常。 参阅：《五色琼霞——竹月堂藏元明清一道釉瓷器》，香港中文大学文物馆，2005 年，页132，图65
