徐操 （1899—1961年11月4日），字燕孙，我国著名的人物画家。河北深县徐家湾人，生于北京。画艺娴熟，弟子众多，主要擅长画人物故事、古装仕女，工笔、写意、白描、重彩，样样精能。1953年，被选为北京中国画研究会副主席，中国美术家协会创作委员会委员中国画组副组长，1954年兼任民族美术研究所研究员，选为北京文联理事。1956年参与筹备创建中国画院工作，1957年画院成立被任命为副院长，并担任中国画研究会副会长。
