此对摆件取材精铜铸造而成，铜制精良，胎体厚重，古雅内蕴，包浆醇厚，工艺精湛。器承四方台座，其上圆雕鹿衔桃枝造型，长角，昂首直立，双目圆睁，嘴衔一桃枝，神采飞扬，四腿后曲，极富动感。整器满工掐丝，施蓝色珐琅釉为地，精做毛发纹，填各色珐琅花卉点缀其间，色彩鲜艳，雍容典雅。整体造型优美，细节刻划传神，尤其肌肉骨骼之微妙起伏，非细鉴不察其精，局部鎏金，宝光泽泽，富丽华美，为厅堂雅室陈设之佳器。刻“大清乾隆年制”款。
