林福全老師自1984年北師美勞組畢業後，在小學服務的30年中，利用在職進修方式，一路從國立台灣師範大學美術系學士深造至博士，在2016年完成學業。 林福全的創作深具意義，他將藝術視為人類生命活動歷程中最真誠、最重要的紀錄。在他看來，藝術創作不僅僅是對個人情感的表達，更是對個人價值觀、生命經驗、處世態度以及審美趣味的體現。因此，他在創作中將生活中的人、事、物細微的觀察和真誠的感悟融入其中。 此件作品曾獲得第10屆中華人民共和國全國美展港澳台展區作品優秀獎。
