款识：丁巳丁衍庸 |丁衍庸（1902-1978），后改名丁鸿，字叔旦，号肖虎、丁虎，广东省茂名县（今高州市）谢鸡镇茂坡村人。日本川端画学校、东京美术学校毕业。擅长西画、中国画、书法。中国画擅长花鸟、山水、人物，花鸟画撷取朱耷、徐渭、金农的特点，自成一格；山水画笔触胆大豪放，布局革新，留白巧妙，意境深远；人物画也饶有情趣；书汉擅长草书。中国现代美术的重要倡导者之一，现代著名国画家、油画家、篆刻家、美术教育家。
