Das Diagramm zeigt zwei ineinandergesetzte Hexagramme in einer Lotosblüte, umgeben von einem rechteckigen Feld (Bhupura) mit vier Eingängen. Alle Bestandteile sind in Devanagari-Schrift bezeichnet.In dieser Darstellung ist die sechste Nacht der sechzehn nitya der tantrischen Göttin Lalita in Form eines yantra gezeigt. Die nitya symbolisieren die Nächte des zunehmenden Mondes. Der Name vahnivasini bedeutet 'Die im Feuer Wohnende' und man stellt sie sich als hübsche junge, goldfarbene Frau vor, die in Gelb gekleidet und mit Rubinen geschmückt ist. 41 x 29cm. Zustand B. The diagram consists of two hexagonal stars, set into each other inside a lotos flower, surrounded by a square (bhupura) with four doorways. All parts are inscribed in devanagari. In this picture the sixth night of sixteen nitya of the Tantric deity Lalita is shown as yantra. The nitya symbolize the nights of the waxing moon. The name vahnivasani means 'The dweller in the fire' and she is thought of as a beautiful young woman in golden color, dressed in yellow and adorned with rubies. 41 x 29cm. Condition B.
