题识：一九七六年之夏伟唐同志属画，昌潮补成并记。|钤印：刘（朱文）昌潮（白文） |注：夏伟唐上款。||作者简介：刘昌潮（1907-1997），名国画家刘昌潮，室名不烦斋。广东揭阳人，七岁开始学画，师从孙裴谷先生。1927年秋考入上海美专，受教于刘海粟、黄宾虹、潘天寿诸先生。1930年秋，刘昌潮先生毕业回汕执教，五十年代后艺术更臻成熟，驰誉海内外。擅长山水、花卉，晚年更以墨竹名世。
