题识：鼎铭。|钤印：鼎铭（朱文） |作者简介：梁鼎铭（1895-1959），字协燊，广东省顺德县人。历任军校教官、军事委员会设计委员等职。幼孤，喜爱绘画，初学西画，后改学中国画。20年代曾为上海英美烟草公司绘制月份牌年画。1923年在上海创立天化艺术会。1926年受聘于广州黄埔军官学校，编辑革命画报，绘《沙基血迹图》。1931年，在南京绘《惠州战迹图》。1948年到台湾后，主持北投政治作战干部学校艺术系。
