With deep rounded sides rising from a neatly cut foot to a foliate rim, moulded on the interior with a central chrysanthemum flower encircled by a meandering peony scroll with glooms, the exterior carved with radiating knife-cut ribs from the foot, all covered with an olive-green glaze pooling to a deeper tone in the recessed areas, the unglazed footring burnt orange in the firing, 10 inch wide.
