The Alice and Louis Koch Collection, volume I, Leeds, 1994, item 121 for type. 4.85 grams, 23.40mm overall, 20.28mm internal diameter (approximate size British V 1/2, USA 10 3/4, Europe 24.40, Japan 23) (1").
