6th-4th century BC. A ceramic black-glazed oinochoe with domed foot, piriform body, broad conical neck with flared mouth and pinched pouring lip, ribbed strap handle to the rear. See Perkins, P. Etruscan Bucchero in the British Museum, London, 2007. 2.2 kg, 39.2cm (15 1/2"). From a Belgian private collection formed in the 1980s. Fine condition.
