A matched pair of gold earrings, each an openwork plaque of radiating lotus flowers motifs around a circular setting with pearl, transverse openwork scrollwork bar below with three breloques with pearls(?) and glass beads; hook-and-loop closure to the reverse. 3.7 grams total, 32.5mm each (1 1/4"). Property of a North London gentleman; acquired on the UK art market before 2000. [2] Fine condition.
