A bronze sword comprising a leaf-shaped blade with raised rounded midrib, inserted into a separately-cast hilt, joined with two rivets to the arched guard; oval-section grip and disk-shaped pommel with a terminal knob. 647 grams, 56cm (22"). Property of a Suffolk gentleman; acquired before 2000. Very fine condition.
