An oil-on-canvas painting in two registers depicting: above, two nimbate bearded figures with the forefinger of the right hand extended, left figure with a scroll and right figure with a book, titles above (SS. Michael and Paul?) and nimbate Christ in a D-shaped panel with orb; below, an arch flanked by two robed figures, cleric within wearing an alb offering benediction to a kneeling figure. 1.4 kg, 68 x 46cm (26 3/4 x 18"). From a London collection; acquired from Italy in the 1980s. Fine condition, canvas re-backed.
