A bronze statuette of a nude male figure seated on an oval pedestal; left leg bent under the body, right leg extending beyond the pedestal; right hand raised to the head, left arm holding a large comic mask with gaping mouth and prominent eyebrows; cloak draped around the lower back and over the right thigh, hair pulled back in a low bun. 59 grams, 47mm (1 3/4"). Property of a Suffolk gentleman; acquired before 2000. Fine condition.
