Original unused backstage guest pass from the Sex Pistols’ 1978 American tour, 3.25 x 4, with lower date and authorization fields left blank. In fine condition. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Tracks. Consignor notes that the pass comes from the collection of former Sex Pistols USA tour manager Noel Monk. The Sex Pistols embarked on a brief yet furious US tour in January 1978. Originally scheduled to start a few days before New Year’s, the band’s criminal records made American authorities reluctant to issue visas, resulting in the cancellation of the tour’s first four shows.
