U. on 12th. May will be:—," with Russell handwriting his brief answer: "Can war stop fascism?" Lower right bears a secretarial notation. In very good to fine condition, with a staple hole and small area of surface loss to the left side, and old mounting remnants on the reverse.Format: ANS
