A glazed composition shabti with fine facial detailing, wearing a tripartite wig and plaited beard; the lower body and legs with hieroglyphic text from the Sixth Chapter of the Book of the Dead; the arms folded across the chest, with the hoe and flail in the hands, seed bag over left shoulder, dorsal pillar to the rear. 104 grams, 14.8cm (5 3/4"). From an important French collection formed since the early 1960s.
