Chinese Qing Dynasty Enameled Porcelain Teapot with a design of 2 Women with Books in a Garden, probably the Qiao Sisters, the reverse, shoulder and cover with calligraphy; 2 overhead wire handles with woven covers on porcelain rings from shoulders. Light age related wear to enamels and gold highlights possible restored chip to outside edge of mouth. Height 5 1/2 inches (14 cm.) X side to spout length 6 3/4 inches (17 cm.).
