圆形，三弦钮，外围浅凹弧形弦线圈两周。线圈外均匀分布四枚桃形叶纹，叶纹突出，有象征性的叶茎和叶脉。主题纹饰为四个左倾的山字环绕镜钮，山字纹中间的竖道顶住镜缘，其余两道较短并向里转折，转折呈尖角状。四个山字纹饰形成了一个围绕钮座的正方形，山字形外框镶有边缘沿。四个山字形排列整齐，间距基本相等。空隙处以羽状纹饰为填充，缘上卷，镜面平坦。光气版模一流，品相完好，为此类镜中佳品。
