A pair of bronze items comprising: a hollow-formed padlock modelled as a standing horse, elliptical in section with notched mane, hinged bar forming the tail, hole to the head to accept the lower end of the bar, hole to the chest to accept the key; a lock-plate modelled as a standing horse with ring-and-dot detailing to the body. 48 grams total, 43-46mm (1 1/2").
