A DEEP CELADON JADE 'DRAGON' BELT HOOK, QING China, 19th century. The top is carved in openwork with a sinuous chilong, while the hook is carved in the form of a dragon head. The nephrite jade is of a deep celadon color with a paler celadon color in the knob on the underside of the belt hook. Condition: Excellent condition with minor wear and some chipping.
