提要：彭希涑是彭际清之侄。际清乃“素服儒风、兼修净行”的学者，他自己常想荟萃以往有关修持净土者的事迹，编成一书，但始终没有作成。约在乾隆四十八年以前，其侄希涑初发信心，愿成此录，他就发凡起例，指导希涑先稽考经论，次及**古来的著述，再续以耳目之所及，编成本录。此本原装原笺，初刻初印，品相上佳。颇为难得。
